The label is awarded to service providers who stand out due to the particular quality of their services and reliability, making it easier for customers to find their way around the industry.This makes it easy for customers to recognise which potential partner will impress them with their contractually compliant, punctual and transparent working methods when inviting tenders or before awarding contracts.

In order to receive the label, innotec must fulfil a number of criteria, which are reviewed at the end of each quarter.
During this period, we must provide at least 1,000 proofs of performance, which must always be provided promptly and must not be backdated by more than five days. A maximum of 5% of our services may be overdue so that our customers can rely on the punctual fulfilment of their orders. And not only that, the quality must also be right. A maximum of 1% objection rate is tolerated.
In addition, our contractually compliant behaviour is closely scrutinised.
