How did you come to innotec and what did you do before?
I actually became aware of innotec through a friend. Before that, I worked for almost nine years as an assistant manager in the online automotive parts trade. However, I realized that I wanted to do something meaningful for the planet, use my strengths even better and develop myself further - and I can do all of that at innotec. In the meantime, I worked in a steel bending shop as deputy production manager due to a relocation. But now I'm happy to be an innotecie again.

How does a normal working day work for you?
I start by processing all incoming emails. This is followed by discussions with colleagues and video meetings. Then I create quotations and maintain our overviews. I also stay in constant contact with customers in order to be able to meet every requirement.
Life writes the best stories: What is the most unusual, nicest or funniest thing you have ever experienced at work?
I had to take a short break at innotec due to my move. But immediately after my return in October 2024, there was a celebration to mark the 25th anniversary of the company, where I was immediately welcomed back as if I had never been away. That showed me that we really are a great team here. This moment is definitely one of my best memories.
Why do you like working at innotec?
Firstly, the working atmosphere is just great and secondly, the tasks are very varied. I also have the opportunity to do something good for the environment and do the job I love at the same time.
We innotecies are all PIONEERS OF THE FUTURE together. What does that mean for you and your work?
